What happens after I pay?
Digital letters are scheduled for future mailing. Physical-letter orders show mailing instructions and a unique intake code so your envelope can be matched when it arrives.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Yes, until the order enters the lock window. For MVP the lock window is forty-eight hours before the scheduled delivery date.
Do I need an account?
No. Orders are managed through a secure magic link sent to the email address you provide during checkout.
How often are letters sent?
The scheduled sender runs daily for MVP and processes anything due on or before that date.
